About me

I am an FHT-registered massage therapist, qualified in Level 3 Full body and sports massage (iTEC). I enjoy adapting and merging techniques to solve the unique goals and discomforts people bring.

Having worked in nature conservation previously, I have great love for wildlife and the environment. Now well-recognised, engagement with nature can improve mental health and wellbeing. It's my intention to bring massage and experiences with the environment together.
